Lothar von Lowenthal is a stunning 2 year old long haired German Shepherd. He is still very much a puppy and wants to meet everyone.  Kitties are a little too interesting for him, but other dogs are fine. He looks to have had great care. We got an SOS from a shelter in Hesperia, Lothar had been given up and his time had just run out. Thanks to some quick arranging by our volunteers, Lothar was soon being relayed to Los Angels to our kennel. He is such a spectacular dog no one can believe his story!
